01

Record original identity with attributable source

Keep physical VIN, production information, original market and legal body description with source and date. The body guide distinguishes Sportback, global Sedan and China A3L without relying on translated trim wording. Retain original documents beside translations and resolve conflicts through the responsible source. A familiar package name is not an identity record. State who claims control of the offered car separately from the equipment list. If another VIN is proposed, create renewed acceptance rather than editing only the identifier. Alleged equivalence should not conceal meaningful body, installed-system or condition differences that require the buyer’s review.

02

List installed systems without brochure substitution

Retain supported engine, gearbox, driven hardware and relevant propulsion identifiers through the specification guide. Keep generation and original-market boundaries. Where plug-in systems are proposed, identify their applicable version instead of borrowing the newest charging claim from another offer. Describe alterations and unresolved fitment. Physical presence, agreed commercial inclusion and demonstrated operation are separate facts. A receiving provider should understand the candidate without reconstructing it from contradictory advertisements. A long equipment paragraph cannot turn an unconfirmed option into accepted specification merely because both parties have copied a current model-family brochure into the quotation.

03

Record useful functions and continuing access

Retain relevant fitted cabin and assistance equipment through the electronics review. Where lighting work matters, keep the headlamp purchase review linked to attributable scope. Use the key and immobiliser guide for legitimate transfer questions. Full-options wording and promised activation are not substitutes for demonstrated useful functions. Distinguish actual objects, current operation under stated conditions and services requiring supported ownership access. A seller-controlled screen cannot guarantee every network capability follows the exported car, and an attractive component identity does not independently establish that all advertised assistance or lighting functions are available after arrival.

04

Attach present findings and agreed preparation

Reference dated inspection evidence, relevant history, intervention and untested areas. New proposals need initial/storage condition checks rather than invented previous duty. Record accountable operations, providers, exclusions and suitable affected confirmation through the negotiation scope review. Do not shorten a limited report into fault-free or guaranteed component-life language. Writing a consequential gap in the schedule does not itself settle acceptance. State the next evidence point and its implication for commitment. Current findings and agreed amounts should remain connected without treating an invoice, paid price or signed feature list as proof of every later condition or commercial outcome.

05

Reconcile actual objects and custody records

Count working physical keys, appropriate tools, documents and agreed removable equipment through the shipping guide. For plug-in proposals, retain only identified suitable included charging objects, not items pictured in a representative image. State what remains installed and what is removed. Do not publish passwords, unnecessary identity files or bypass instructions in an enquiry or widely shared record. Sensitive legitimate transfer belongs in an appropriate channel. Complete-handover shorthand cannot replace actual counts. Physical keys and continuing services need separate supported confirmation, so a single working demonstration should not silently settle all objects and ownership-access conditions after arrival.

06

Treat a substitution as another acceptance file

Consider a seller offering another similarly coloured A3 after the first proposal’s identity and condition were accepted. Retain the new body, VIN, installed codes, current findings, useful functions and actual objects rather than copying the first schedule. Highlight meaningful differences and obtain the affected evidence. If the replacement is suitable, the renewed record should explain why. This example does not prescribe a universal legal remedy or reject every change. It prevents another car from inheriting the original inspection, equipment demonstration, legitimate access and handover counts simply because the seller describes both proposals with a familiar A3 label.

07

Keep technical description separate from authority

Reference the schedule in suitable purchasing documents while independently checking seller control, contracting party and beneficiary through the export process. Retain validity, delivery basis and exclusions with appropriate professional review where needed. A precisely described car does not establish authority to receive payment or receiving eligibility. Changes to VIN, material components, relevant condition, destination or account arrangements reopen affected review. The file should remain useful without promising universal remedies. It preserves accepted identity, actual fitment and handover scope, not converting detailed equipment wording into a guarantee of every future vehicle result, legal acceptance or commercial obligation.
